Description
CH Rousseau is a brand deeply rooted in its French heritage, with vineyards situated in the picturesque region of Entre Deux Mers, nestled between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.
At harvest time, the grapes are carefully picked when fully ripe and then gently destemmed. The extracted juice is fermented in vats, ensuring a controlled temperature for a duration of 10 to 14 days. Following fermentation, the wine is matured in tanks and undergoes daily racking to enhance its development.
